Masterplanning and Site Development Strategies
Preparation of development masterplans including feasibility studies; strategic advice; evaluation of  site development potential; property market analysis; site development briefs; establishing the potential of and strategies for re-development of “brownfield” sites; undertaking public consultation exercises; risk assessment and management.

Advising on/or undertaking due diligence on construction projects

Evaluation of current status and projected out-turn of projects; proposals for recovery or maximisation of asset values in projects; management of distressed projects.

Area Improvement
Environmental and infrastructure improvement audits; complex site assessments; commercial assessments of development potential; development frameworks; site development briefs; communication processes with business and community interests to engage them in the development process; design of practical implementation mechanisms. Audits of site uses, the environment and infrastructure; liaison with business organisations, special interest groups, traders and local residents; identifying additional employment opportunities that could be attracted; and drawing from lessons from elsewhere.

Area Regeneration Strategies
Working with public and private sector partners. Assessment of partners’ aspirations; assessment of local development and regeneration potential; developing consensus on objectives and priorities; preparation of public/private sector action frameworks; and formulation of implementation programmes.

Science and Technology Park Development
Development, construction and management of science, technology and incubator facilities encompassing all aspects from initial research; feasibility study; project management through to staffing and on-going management.
